Banana Chocolate Bread & Butter Cake



Banana Chocolate Bread Resepi

Bahan:-
  • 1/2 cup (55 gm) kacang walnut/pecan - dipanggang dan cincang (*akak guna pecan)
  • 1 3/4 cawan (230 gm) tepung serbaguna
  • 1/4 cawan (30 gm) serbuk koko (akak guna brand Van Houten)
  • 1 cawan (200 gm gula pasir
  • 1 sk. baking powder
  • 1/4 sk. soda bikarbonat
  • 1/4 sk. garam (*akak x letak, sbb guna mentega bergaram)
  • 1/2 cawan (85 gm) chocolate/white chips
  • 2 biji telor (gred A) - dipukul sedikit
  • 1/2 cawan (113 gm) - mentega tanpa garam (*akak guna yg bergaram) - cairkan dan biar sejuk
  • 3 biji pisang ranum (454 gm), dilecek (sukatan lbhkurang 1 1/2 cawan)
  • 1 sk. esen vanila
Cara-Cara:-
  1. Preheat oven dengan suhu 180 C dan letakkan rak di tengah2 oven. Gris dan taburkan tepung dalam loaf pan saiz 9 x 5 x 3 in (23 x 13 x 8 cm), ketepikan.
  2. Bakar kekacang walnut/pecan dalam oven lebihkurang 8 - 10 mnt hingga garing sikit. Sejukkan dan cincang kasar.
  3. Dalam bekas besar, gaulkan tepung, serbuk koko, gula, baking powder, soda bikarbonat dan garam (akak ayakkan bersama tepung, serbuk koko, baking powder, soda n garam dulu, pastu baru gaul rata gula dengan whisk)
  4. Dalam bekas kecil, campurkan pisang lecek, telor, mentega cair dan esen vanila, kacau sebati.
  5. Kemudian masukkan bahan basah ke dalam bahan kering tadi dan gaul sehingga agak sebati sahaja, cukup dan adunan agak berat dan melekit. (jangan digaul adun terlalu lama).
  6. Masukkan chips dan kekacang walnut/pecan tadi. Gaul rata sahaja cukup.
  7. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan tabur sedikit gula perang (jika suka).
  8. Bakar pada selama 55 - 65 minit atau sehingga diuji dengan lidi/tester, ianya keluar bersih. (Dengan oven akak, hanya dibakar pd suhu 175 C, selama 50 minit sahaja)
  9. Keluarkan dari oven dan sejukkan...hidangkan ketika masih suam....memang sedap untuk sarapan atau minum petang.

Butter Cake Resepi

Ingredients
250g butter
100g sugar
5 egg yolks (large)
230g cake flour
1tsp double action baking powder
4tbsp milk
1/2tsp vanilla essence

5 egg whites (large)
90g sugar

Chocolate Chip (haiza add)

Method 
  1. Place the butter, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy. 
  2. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the flour and baking powder and beat well to combine. Fold through the milk and combine well. 
  3. Beat egg whites in a clean large bowl until soft foam. Gradually add in sugar, and beat till soft peak. 
  4. Take one portion of the egg white mixture, and use a hand whisk to stir well with egg yolk mixture till combine and thick paste. 
  5. Slowly fold in the balance egg white with a spatula till well combine. 
  6. Spoon the batter in a cake pan which line the base with paper and lightly grease. 
  7. Bake at preheated oven at 180c for 55mins or until cooked when tested with a skewer
